James asks…i am 15 and i live in CA and i was wondering if i am allowed to shoot an air rifle?is there a specific fps gun that i can have or what . Am i allowed to shoot an air rifle like an rws or beeman.admin answers:There are no limits in terms of muzzle velocity for airguns so rws and beeman are legal to own. However, there are a number of cities that prohibit discharging airguns and firearms within city limits so check with local laws.
