Susan asks…patched ball(s) in an air rifle?I'm thinking mini shotgun here. The Gamo Viper Express shoots a 17 grains of #9 shot in a little "shell" that costs about 30 cents a shot. I think it is a rip off. I'm thinking #7½ because it is about 50% heavier.
My idea is to cut a piece of drinking straw, put a small wad of tissue paper, about 20 grains of lead, then another wad of tissue paper. Make up a bunch of "cartridges" at home and carry
