Joseph asks…EXPERT OR KNOWLAGABLE AIR RIFLE SHOOTERS?i have a Gamo CFX .177 air rifle, it has an underlever which is used to c0ck it, a rotary breech which can ONLY be opened when the rifle is c0cked. When i clean the barrel i have to c0ck it to open the rotary breech and use a pull through.
My question is: do i dry fire it? or do i leave it c0cked WHILE im cleaning it?
